I ordered this set quite some time ago and haven't gotten it. I know
there was to be a delay before shipping, but it seems long. Has

All I have received are broken promises. Twice I have asked for my
money back and twice I received this:
I cannot apologize enough for the delay in the release of the set.

The circumstances behind the delay in the manufacturing of the
finished set are an extreme nuisance.

I am aiding Michael Agee every step of the way to expedite the
Infinity/Amazon release of the set to the public. Those of you who pre-
ordered will get yours first.

The delays are beyond my control and diligent daily monitoring of the
process has had no effect on the process nor has it in any way been
able to speed up the process.

I am asking for your patience, I do expect a replication date soon
because I actually spoke to the manufacturer and have spoken to all
parties involved in this distribution.



Please be patient and understand I am doing everything I possibly can
to get your orders shipped.

Thanks. That was a great deal of help. I'm about to file charges re
mail fraud and tax fraud, as are a lot of other people, apparently.
My own take is that this was honest and well-intentioned but beyond
the management skills of the people who were doing it, and that pre-
payment funds went to fund the project and additional costs came up
unexpectedly and the project producers got over their heads and now
are trying to figure their way out. I have my doubts, after reading
the long thread you posted, that anything unpleasant was actually
planned from the beginning, but it's looking like the deal has gone
badly south. I notice that the PayPal account for this outfit seems
to have been suspended. Thanks for the link.

Has anyone thought to contact Image Entertainment about the production of the
set, since their logo is prominently featured on the back cover?

I have to admit that the glaring spelling error on both the front and back
covers makes me wonder about just who put the thing together.

Nowhere can I find an actual release date for this set, projected or real.

Fraud charges have been filed on this matter. I'll try to find a link
to it and post it here. The last promise was for a delivery date of
10/31/10. That date came and went.

The fraud charge was made earlier this month, and I am pretty sure
there were two. One involved Internet sales and one involved sales
tax. Again, I'll try to find the details.

I do know that PayPal has refunded money for this item, even after the
time to file a claim has long expired. Guess they figured that it
wouldn't be in their best interest to get caught up in the middle.
