Same here. I tried quite a while ago. There's a place to enter a code.
In true L&H form, there's no code. Just one of those boxes with a red
X in it.

Then there was something about contacting them if the code can't be
seen. I did, but no one responded. Oh, well. It seemed like a good
idea.
