McFarland hasn't released it yet; the March release date seems to be
hugely optimistic. Word is later this summer. Take it from me, you'll
be hugely impressed by Norbert's book...it'll be well worth the wait!

My local book shoppe contacted McFarland and was informed of a July
30, 2008 release date.

Today (May 24) Amazon.com canceled my order; the email said that they
are unable to obtain the product. But, McFarland's website still
says... "Not Yet Published, Available Spring/Summer 2008."

Just a simple delay, or does the Amazon message indicate another
issue?
