as well as Laurel and Hardy performed by the popular featured organist for
the Orpheum Theatre Silent Sunday Series in Phoenix.

Tickets are $20 for all adults and $13 for all students with a current ID.

Organ music covers classics, silent film

Ron Rhode will perform upbeat music of the teens, '20s and '30s as well as
accompany short silent comedy films by Buster Keaton and Laurel and Hardy on
the Wurlitzer theater pipe organ Saturday, June 16, at 7 p.m. This is a
change of date from previous announcements. Program selections include "Hot
Lips," "When That Midnight Choo-Choo Leaves for Alabam,'" "Confessin' That I
Love You," "I Cried for You," "Doll Dance," "Will You Remember?" "Five Foot
Two, Eyes of Blue," "My Cutie's Due at Two to Two Today," "Darktown Strutter's
Ball" "Some of These Days." In the silent film "One Week" (1920), Keaton
attempts to build a house in record time. "Bacon Gabbers" (1929) features
Stan Laurel and Oliver Hardy as debt collectors. Tickets are $20 for adults
