I have a short 20 to 30 second nitrate fragment that came to me from the UK.

Kodak date code is 1918.

Do any of the actors or the scene look familiar to anyone? I am presuming
this is a serial but am probably wrong.

The man to the right looks very familiar. Is this Wilfred Lucas? L&H's
warden in Pardon Us?
